New world visit

This morning we finished our 3 days with our nutritionists Nova and Rita with a fantastic visit to New World looking at food labels and fruit and vegetable food groups.  Wow we have learnt heaps and know how to make healthy food choices. We were super lucky to be give a free lunch box as well!!
